Terms of Service

These terms cover the Quant.Trading Discord bot, the verification page at discord.quant.trading/verify and the public leaderboard. The bot is run by quant.trading for its own Discord servers only: quant.trading and Investing on quant.trading. By using the bot or these pages, you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You need a Discord account and must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord's minimum age. You also need to follow our servers' own rules.

Verification

To get access to our servers you may need to sign in with Discord on the verify page and answer a few questions. Answer honestly.
One account per person. Using alt accounts, or getting around a ban or mute, isn't allowed. The bot checks for this and moderators may hold or deny verification.
Don't automate verification or try to trick it.

XP, levels, leaderboards and rewards

The bot gives XP for taking part, such as chatting, voice time and welcoming new members. XP and levels are just for fun inside our servers and have no money value.
Don't farm XP: no spam, scripts, self-bots or using other accounts. Admins may adjust or reset XP, levels and leaderboards, and remove rewards gained this way.
Rewards (like discount codes) are offered at our discretion, may be limited, can change or end at any time, and can't be swapped for cash. Each reward's own details apply.

Not financial advice

Nothing the bot, the leaderboard or our servers show is financial, investment or trading advice. Do your own research and make your own decisions.

Your data

How the bot collects and uses data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the bot or these pages to harass anyone, break the law, overload or attack the service, or get at data you shouldn't see.

Moderation and access

Our admins and moderators can remove roles, XP or rewards, or deny access to the bot and our servers if these terms or the server rules are broken.

No guarantees

The bot and these pages are provided "as is". They may change, have bugs, be unavailable at times, or be switched off. As far as the law allows, quant.trading isn't responsible for losses caused by using them or relying on what they show.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the bot means you accept the update.
