What the bot collects
From Discord, for members of our servers:
- Your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar.
- Activity counts: messages, words, reactions, replies, mentions, voice time, active days and streaks, plus your XP, level and how many newcomers you've welcomed.
- The text of your last 3 messages in the server, so admins can see recent activity. Older ones are deleted automatically, and a message is removed if you delete it in Discord.
When you verify on discord.quant.trading/verify:
- Details from your Discord sign-in: when your account was created, your Discord language, Nitro type and whether two-factor authentication is on. Your email address only if the server asks for it, and Discord asks you to allow that first.
- Your device type (phone, tablet or computer), operating system and browser name, your timezone, and your answers to the verification questions.
- Only if a server admin turns them on (they're off by default): your country from your connection, your IP address, your precise location (and your device's location if you allow it), a browser fingerprint (screen size, platform and similar traits), and your full browser string. The "What we collect" list on the verify page always shows exactly what's switched on.
We never see your Discord password.
Alt and ban-evasion checks
If these checks are on, the bot stores one-way hashed codes of your connection and device to spot alt accounts and people dodging a ban. The codes can't be turned back into your IP address or device details. They're deleted after 90 days, except for banned accounts, whose codes are kept until the ban is lifted.
Why
- XP, levels, leaderboards and rewards.
- Verification, welcome messages and the welcome DM.
- Moderation, including stopping alts and ban evasion.
- Helping our server admins understand how the community is doing.
Who can see it
- Server admins, through a private dashboard that needs a Discord sign-in.
- The public leaderboard shows only names, avatars, levels, XP, activity counts, join date and when you were last active. It never shows message text, verification details or anything else above.
We don't sell your data, share it with third parties or use it to train AI models.
Where it's stored
On our private server hosted by Railway. A backup is made daily and the last 14 are kept.
How long, and deleting it
Data is kept while you're in our servers. You can ask a server admin to delete your data at any time, and admins can delete a member's verification data from the dashboard. Deleted data drops out of backups within 14 days.
Contact
